Always collect an email address
The power of collecting an email address is amazing. As I mentioned in a previous composition, you can anticipate between 1 and 10 percent of callers to make a purchase on their original visit to your website ( conversion rate) and between 10 and 33 percent to give you their email address (signup rate). Frequently callers weren’t intending to buy any product but were after further information on your subject. Studies show it frequently takes 7 communications before a client will buy a product. Believe me, after dealing with websites, it’s veritably rare to get a yes on the first visit. Websites can be relatively complex so perhaps it’s not a stylish illustration but people just need further information and confidence before they’re ready to buy.
